Turkey Bacon Souffle Frittata
This week’s dish is a Turkey Bacon Souffle Frittata from Mark Sisson’s “Primal Blueprint – Quick & Easy Meals”
I did make one mistake in preparing the dish, although it still turned out very well. My result wasn’t quite as light and fluffy as the picture showed, but it was still delicious and allowed for plenty of leftovers and cold breakfasts for a couple days.
Warning! This dish is VERY filling. The recipe actually says that it makes 4 servings. I had dished it up as 6 separate portions and grabbed 3, because it was so late in the day and I was starving by the time it was done. I couldn’t even finish two!
